Prohibited and restricted items
We will not knowingly accept or transport items prohibited by Jamaican law, destination-country law, customs regulations or our transport partners, including:
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Firearms, ammunition and unauthorised weapons
- Explosives and flammable materials
- Hazardous chemicals and dangerous goods
- Counterfeit or unlawfully obtained merchandise
- Certain batteries and electronic devices subject to transport restrictions
- Perishable goods requiring special handling
- Alcohol, tobacco and other regulated products where transport is prohibited or unauthorised
- Items restricted by customs authorities or shipping carriers
Rates and payment
Your rate is always confirmed before payment is requested. Charges may be based on:
- Actual or volumetric (dimensional) weight
- Shipping method and package size
- Applicable handling fees
- Customs duties, taxes or other government charges
- Any additional services you request
Shipping schedule
- Schedules may change due to weather, airline or vessel availability, customs inspections and other circumstances outside our control.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
- Packages received after a shipment cut-off may go on the next available shipment.
- We'll update you about any significant delays.
Collecting your package
When your package is ready, bring your name and mailbox number, valid ID, and payment for any outstanding charges. We'll check the tracking number and ask you to sign for it.
Someone collecting for you? Authorise them with us in advance. They may need to show ID and the collection details.
Storage and uncollected packages
Packages are stored securely until collected. We'll tell you the collection period and any storage fees before they apply.
Lost, damaged or missing packages
We investigate every report fairly and promptly. Damaged packages are photographed and recorded on arrival. To make a claim, send us:
- Your name and mailbox number
- The package tracking number
- The purchase receipt or invoice, if available
- A description of the item, with photos where possible
- The date you found the problem
Packages without a name or mailbox number
Always include your name and mailbox number on the address. Packages without enough identification are held separately and released only once ownership is verified, which can delay them.
